Hilko: ‘We are in close contact with our customers. This enables us to offer advice and solutions that are in line with practical experience. Because our products are developed and manufactured in the Netherlands, we can respond quickly and directly translate experiences into product improvements and adjustments to our working methods.’

Koltec is always easily accessible and customer-focused. Hilko explains: "We always actively contribute ideas and maintain direct contact with our dealers. Our target group is broad and varies from farmers and horse owners to private users with gardens and ponds. We provide sound advice and offer solutions that are practical.

Corporate social responsibility

Corporate social responsibility is an important value in our business operations. Hilko explains: "We purchase as much as possible in the United Kingdom and Europe to limit our CO₂ emissions. We also generate our own energy. In addition, we reduce our waste streams as much as possible. Almost 95% is now recycled! Finally, we pay attention to social entrepreneurship: clients of a day care centre for people with disabilities are given the opportunity to make parts for our products at Koltec."

Koltec stands for high quality. Hilko: ‘Our ISO certification supports us in guaranteeing this quality. Because production takes place at our own location in Breda, we are flexible and maintain direct control over the quality of our products.’
