Warranty

Every KOLTEC fencer is guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of: 

5 years from de date of sale, if you have proof of purchase, 
or for a period of 5 years from the date of manufacture if you do not have proof of purchase.

The obligation of KOLTEC B.V. under this guarantee is limited to repairing or replacing that part of the fencer which, in the opinion of Koltec BV, is defective and is covered by the terms and conditions of this guarantee. If any covered defect occurs during the term of this guarantee, send or take the product to the supplier you bought it from. 
The guarantee does not cover defects in the fencer caused by careless treatment, misuse, moisture, damage caused by lightning or any other reason not related to defects in the materials or workmanship of the fencer.

In no event shall KOLTEC B.V. be liable for incidental, special, indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind.
