Conductors and their resistance

Wire (iron- and aluminium wire), cord and tape are conductors for fencing. The conductibility of the conductors is being represented in Ohm(Ω) per meter. The lower this value is, the higher the conductibility. This means that  in a conductor with a conductibility of 5 Ohm/mtr de conductibility is 10 x worse than in a conductor with a conductibility of 0,5 Ohm/mtr. The strength of the electric fencer and the quality of the conductor are closely linked, these have been tuned to each other.
